Halligan Tool |
The Halligan tool was used on air-capable ships by crash and rescue personnel to gain fuselage access to rescue pilots, passengers and crewmembers. It was also used to cut holes in the engine compartment to extinguish fires or cool a weapon or device inside the aircraft. |
