DESCRIPTION: Damage control flooding type lantern. Type
BB-254 with one clear white sealed beam lamp No. 4524,
nonfocusing adjustable beam. Aluminum case with handle
and moisture-proof switch. USE: Used in DC fire fighting
operations. A fully charged lantern provides emergency
lighting for up to 8 hours. USE TIP: Uses 4 wet cell
batteries (NSN 6140-00-255-5719). If yellow “LED” is
illuminated more than two hours, burn time may be
expected. The lanterns should be left plugged into a 110
VAC for recharging when not in use. |
